Stage Manager (Independent Contractor – Event-Based)

Flat daily/shift rate $120 per day | Event-based | On-site role

We’re seeking a reliable, energetic Stage Manager to coordinate logistics during 野外强伦轩女教师高清在线 workshops. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on setup, teardown, and ensuring smooth event operations.

The Stage Manager works as an independent contractor and is scheduled for specific workshops and events. The role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and comfort with physical setup and coordination.

New Initiative: 野外强伦轩女教师高清在线 is moving into a new office. The Stage Manager will play a key role in helping set up the space.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the setup and teardown of 野外强伦轩女教师高清在线’ mobile learning labs, including tents, equipment, and classroom spaces.

  • Coordinate and direct the stage crew or 野外强伦轩女教师高清在线s assisting with event operations.

  • Manage event-day logistics, ensuring schedules run on time and all assets are properly handled.

  • Drive and operate the 野外强伦轩女教师高清在线 U-Haul van for equipment transport.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site operational needs during events.

Qualifications

  • Strong reliability and punctuality — must arrive on time and ready for each shift.

  • Experience in event setup/teardown, stage management, logistics, or similar roles preferred.

  • Comfortable lifting, moving, and setting up equipment (up to 40 lbs).

  • Ability to coordinate and direct a small crew.

  • Valid driver’s license required; experience with vans or light trucks preferred.

  • Based in Los Angeles County.
